Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of https://rietek.co.za (the “Website”)
and services provided by Rietek (PTY) Ltd (“Rietek”, “we”, “us”), including our
holdings, consumer apps, connectivity through Ontek, and selected client work.

Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to copy,
reproduce, or resell any content without our written permission. -
Products & services
Quotes for client work are typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Projects may require a deposit. Intellectual property for client work remains
with Rietek until payment terms in the relevant agreement are met, unless a
written contract says otherwise. Owned products (including Easy as Pie and
Full Alert) and Ontek connectivity are subject to their own store terms,
product terms, and/or partner agreements. -
Client responsibilities
Where we deliver client work, you must provide timely feedback, materials,
and approvals. Delays caused by you may extend timelines and incur additional fees. -
Confidentiality
We treat project discussions as confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA
or provide ours. -
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Rietek shall not be
liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability
for a paid engagement shall not exceed the amount paid to Rietek for that
engagement, except where the law does not allow that limit. -
Termination
Either party may terminate a client engagement with written notice under the
applicable agreement. You will pay for work completed up to termination. -
Governing law
South African law applies. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent
courts of South Africa. -
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance
of the updated Terms.
