Terms of Service \u2013 Rietek Website & App Development Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Effective date: 19 November 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Terms govern your use of https:\/\/rietek.com<\/a> (the \u201cWebsite\u201d) and any app development services provided by Rietek (Pty) Ltd (\u201cRietek\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Use of the Website You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or resell any content without our written permission.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. App Development Services Quotes are valid for 30 days. Projects require a 50% deposit (non-refundable after work begins). Final payment is due on delivery. We retain intellectual property rights until full payment is received, after which ownership of the delivered app transfers to you (excluding third-party libraries and our pre-existing tools).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Client Responsibilities You must provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals. Delays caused by you may extend timelines and incur additional fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Confidentiality & NDA We treat all project discussions as confidential. We are happy to sign your NDA or provide ours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Rietek shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Termination Either party may terminate with written notice. You will pay for all work completed up to termination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Governing Law South African law applies. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of South Africa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
