Data Processing Agreement (DPA) \u2013 For Client Projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you become a client of Rietek for custom app development<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rietek acts as a Data Processor under POPIA\/GDPR when handling any personal data on your behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. We process data only on your documented instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. We implement technical measures (encryption, access controls).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Staff are bound by confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. We assist with data subject requests and breaches.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Data is deleted\/returned at project end.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Sub-processors (e.g., Firebase, AWS) are pre-approved and under equivalent agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
